Popular boozer locked in baffling planning row over putting name on outside of pub

The owner of a Warwickshire pub says he is unable to have the boozer's logo on the wall outside, which is leading to problems including missed beer deliveries.

Matt Crowther, who runs The Lazy Pug in Shipston, spent six months seeking advertising consent that would allow him to properly promote his business.
